My experience includes supporting staff, troubleshooting systems, and helping people feel confident with technology. From onboarding employees to coordinating with vendors, I approach my work with patience and clear communication.
Outside technical support, I enjoy creating graphics and exploring AI-assisted visual tools. I also enjoy gaming, going to the gym, and driving to peaceful places to unwind.

Implemented the ZK BioTime attendance system, including employee registration, schedule configuration, data migration through export and import, and training for authorized users.
Supported hospital information, PhilHealth and e-Claims, financial, materials management, queue, and document management systems. Guided staff through software use, record corrections, billing concerns, and daily workflows.
Installed and configured IT equipment, maintained servers, monitored databases, performed routine backups, and managed user access. Kept equipment inventories, repair records, service logs, and printing-supply reports up to date.
Designed hospital IDs, posters, flyers, certificates, announcements, and videos. Photographed events and supported presentations with projectors, microphones, speakers, displays, and other audio-visual equipment.
